1.This competition is open to entrants with a Twitter and/or Facebook account who is at least 18 years of age and currently residing in the UK‚ Ireland‚ European Union‚ US‚ Canada Australia & New Zealand except for employees of the promoter‚ their immediate family and anyone else connected to the creation or administration of the promotion.
2.The competition runs from 00.00 GMT 16th August 2010 until 00.00 GMT 6th September 2010
3.Closing date for receipt of entries is 6th September 2010
4. The competition prize includes a website that will be designed and developed up to the sum of £1‚000. If the quoted website is less than the sum of £1‚000 the difference can not be claimed in monies by the prize winner. If the quoted work is in excess of £1‚000 the difference will be invoiced to the prize winner.
The client will take care in ensuring the original specification is as comprehensive and detailed as possible and communication with all involved parties is prompt. Also‚ payments are paid in full within 30 days of the invoice being issued.
5. To enter the competition you must follow the twitter account at ’http://twitter.com/designfusions’ and you must send a tweet from your own Twitter account that has the following message “I want to win a FREE website! Just retweet this message to enter! #webdesign http://bit.ly/b8aLww”.
Alternatively participants can also enter by visiting the Design Fusions Facebook page and clicking the ’like’ button.
6.You can tweet as many times as you like‚ but entries using automated tweets will be disqualified. The more you tweet with the message‚ the higher the chances of winning.
7. There is no cash alternative available.
8. If you are the winner‚ you will be notified before the 13th September 2010
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances‚ the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
